This course is aimed at training the carers  and support workers of people with disabilities, and vunerable adults.  The disability could be a physical disability, or a learning disability.  We train the carer or support worker to provide computer support, and assistance to their service user

We cover things like using the computer, dealing with common problems, to ensuring the service user is safe on line. Emphasis is given to the balance between the service users rights, and their vulnerabilities, and we reference that to our previous experiences in this field, and the broad scope of issues that the internet poses
